1. What level of surfing experience is required?

- We welcome all levels, from beginners to advanced surfers, our instructors tailor sessions to suit individual abilities. Some of our trips will be catered to more intermediate / advanced surfers which we would have made clear on the trip information page. If it mentions surf guiding this is not for unconfident beginners.

2. What's included in the package?

- Our packages typically include accommodation, meals, surf lessons, equipment, and additional activities. Specific inclusions may vary, so check the details.

3. Are there age restrictions?

- While some retreats cater to adults only, we typically do not have an age restriction. If you are under 16, we expect and adult to accompany you.

4. What's the cancellation policy?

- The retreat can be cancelled anytime up to 90 days prior to departure. We have more information on our terms and condition document which you can find at the bottom of the website. Alternatively, please email for more information.

5. Do I need to bring my own surf gear?

- We provide surfboards and wetsuits, but you're welcome to bring your own equipment if preferred. Check with us for specific recommendations.

6. Is travel insurance necessary?

- We highly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost/stolen belongings.

7. Can dietary preferences be accommodated?

- We strive to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions. Inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to ensure your meals align with your needs.
